Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays.

 

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates are as follows:

  • Canada: 12- 16 business days
  • United States: 12 –16 business days
  • International: 10–25 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping option.

All shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

 

Delays and Carrier Issues

VissionX is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the shipping provider.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs
  • We are not obligated to re-ship the order at our expense

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

VissionX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and VissionX has no control over them.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or refusal of delivery:

  • The order may be returned or abandoned by the carrier
  • Any additional fees or losses will be the customer’s responsibility
